"For my needs, location and price, this hotel worked very well. Apart from the breakfast room and a few seats in reception there are no public areas to relax. However my room was comfortable enough and you could purchase drinks and snacks from reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the art hanging around the corridors and I loved the view of the cathedral from my room. "

"Very close to the cathedral and the superior room had a balcony and great view. Check in was very busy and the self check in didn’t work. Staff were helpful and quick. Pillows were quite uncomfortable but everything else was great. No room service. Key cards stopped working for late check out but this was sorted at reception. "

"Very clean, very easy check-in. Comfortable bed. Vary flat pillows. Wishing we had brought our own. Parking was free but a big challenge because of the popular restaurant upstairs. We had to sit and wait for someone to leave and then quickly pull in , almost fight for a parking spot. It took us over a half hour trying to get a place to park."

"The hotel has been a favourite for my stays in Dusseldorf. The breakfast service has declined and they no longer cook eggs to order as they did previously. Seems that staffing levels have declined."
