"We’ve stayed at Tradewinds many times.. this visit was excellent. The majority of the staff go out of the way to make you feel welcome. Our Bellhop was David. He had gone out of his way several times to make our stay better.. the coffee bar in the main lobby has the best coffee I have ever tasted! We went down there every morning and were served by a super friendly staff.. the Italian restaurant served amazing food… best breakfast around! We look forward to our next Tradewinds visit…"

"Great experience. Stayed 2 nights, very helpful staff, especially Randy. Love the location to watching the amazing sunshine. Rooms recently renovated due to hurricane and we stayed on the ground floor in one. Dj played by the pool on Friday night which made it extra fun. Did have guests who checked in around 2 am knock around and be very noisy above us for about 4 hours, which was my only complaint."

"No breakfast service. Lost diamond bracelet down drain, no drain cover protection. Plumbing person took 2 hrs to find and repaired while I needed to shower and get ready. Ended up late for my meeting, and couldn’t eat breakfast. "

"The woman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and welcoming. The kitchenette was missing a few items, and the bed was not the most comfortable, but we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and congenial atmosphere."
