"I loved the area and the place was clean. The management company was not helpful and no one knew about the parking. They kept telling us the parking space was 4-R, to go out and look for the space. We continued to tell them they were 4 numbers for street parking. After 11 threads of email without help from them, it turns out 4-R is the area and parking in from was good (along with registering my car and license - that Vacasa did).I spent too much time emailing the first day of arrival! Not cool...

"I booked this for my birthday weekend and we had such a great time! It was right across from the beach so that made it easy to set up our spot in the mornings. It was also in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! The room was clean and the perfect size for us to stay the weekend. "Is an older building/efficiency but it was renovated and everything was clean and worked well. Cannot beat the location and communication with property manager was great. My only complaint is that the bed is a firm memory foam mattress. Even if we had the option to have a softer topper out would have helped us to sleep more comfortably. "

"This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. "

"Perfect location and very cute efficiency. We could walk to the beach and to a couple really nice spots -- coffee shop with homemade croissant, a Ravens bar (go Ravens!), and an outdoor breakfast/lunch/dinner spot on the beach. Comfortable bed! We appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels -- nice touch! The shower was a little tight for my 6' husband but it was efficient use of space for sure. "

"My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. The beach access is directly outside from the unit which was convenient. There was no issue with finding parking even when the beach was very busy on the weekend. The pool was clean. My daughter is already planning our trip for next year!"

"Had a wonderful stay at TradeWinds Resort. We loved all of the amenities, especially the beach cabanas which we used daily. Resort itself was very clean and staff was very friendly. I was a little disappointed with the condition of our room, toilet was not attached well, was wobbly and leaking. Housekeeping did not come to our room once during our 6 night stay. I had to call for towels as we were only given 2 and ended up running out and needing fresh ones. Almost ran out of toilet paper as...

"Loved the location of this property! It was just as listed and had everything we needed. Loved the beach chairs and cooler that was provided! The pool wasn’t open since there was a recent hurricane so would’ve liked a discount on it for that, but it wasn’t the owner’s fault, other than that I highly recommend this place!"
