"Absolutely loved the hotel experience & massage treatment. We could not fault it. Hotel staff were polite, professional & helpful. The one & only thing that was disappointing was the neglected condition of the swimming pool & jacuzzi facilities. Unfortunately the standards of this let down the high standards of the hotel & massage therapy facilities. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone & would stay again."

The only negative is that the TV didn't have chromecast built in, so I couldn't watch youtube/netflix/prime/etc "
