"Ivyhouse Lane leading to site dreadful. Parking on site inadequate and in our case to far from accommodation. In order to be able to have swim we would have had to purchase passes at 20 per person for a 3day break. Rather expensive. The bin area was overflowing and in a disgusting state."

Cabins were great and clean, thou we had a boiler problem on the second day but there were very helpful and quickly founds us a replacement cabin. "George was excellent operating the hotel and made our experience alot better. The property is in a great location, eqsy parking nearby and excellent dining options nearby. I did not eat at hotel for breakfast, but found great options at nearby beach and back street, excellent Greek breakfast. If we returned to area, we would definitely stay a the Chatsworth hotel again and recommend others to do so."

Family friendly and amazing staff

"I frequently visit Eastbourne,it is my Autistic sons favourite destination on the south coast ,we have stayed at dozens of hotels and establishments all around Eastbourne,the Burlington Hotel was 1 that we had not visited ,we have now stayed 2 times in April ,the staff on the reception are some of the best ,very friendly and helpful ,we would highly recommend a stay at the Burlington "

"Staff were amazing and the building is stunning. Lots of communal areas and we had some live music in the bar in the evening. Lots of choice at breakfast and they catered to gluten free. Room was lovely and very clean. Only downside is that the leisure facilities are getting a bit run down, but they are still nice to use."
