"Not my first stay here, and not my last. The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the seafront about a 7-8 minute walk from the pier. I usually get a room with a balcony overlooking the sea as that’s almost the whole point I staying there. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor has a wide choice of menu items all of which were well prepared. The breakfast was outstanding. The View is at the higher end of the price range but you do get what you pay for and is far more modern than most of its competitors. An excellent stay as always. "

"Superb Hotel in St.Leonards. The landlady gave us our keys and explained a few things. We were on the top floor (no lifts as explained in description) with a lovely clean room and a free standing bath, mini fridge, tea making facilities etc. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was made upon request, everything from full english, pancakes, veggie breakfast, smoked salmon & scrambled eggs, a great choice. Hotel is about 10 minutes to pier and 25 minutes to Hastings old town. Will come back again as we were really looked after well, nothing was too much, many thanks."
