Two suggestions: Get the back fence fixed so it can be moved without injuring the mover. Also, put towel racks in the bathroom. You could move the art to the wall on the other side and put a double rack on that wall. We had nowhere to dry our towels."

"Needed place to stay for 5 months before out-of-state move. Apartment would require 7 months plus furniture rental. This vrbo was a great alternative, in a quiet safe neighborhood, centrally located...reasonably close to Normandy, Riverside, and just 20 min drive to work (airport). VRBO host a nice guy who immediately took care of any issues that arose during my stay. Would recommend. "
