"Set up for kids in the snack bar around the kids pool. Very accessible for children's food and for sure the hotel knows kids food preferences!! Front desk staff very kind and helpful with all questions! Pier 8 restaurant was excellent, service, food! Loved it! The room was very clean and housekeeping service kept organized and changed towels everyday!! Buffet was not as expected for this 5 star-4 diamonds hotel and staff service at the buffet was not as good as beach and pool service. Buffet can improve service. Still, Moon Palace Jamaica was a dream that came true!! Thank you!"

"We stayed in a stunning home in the chukka cove community. The water was crystal clear with coral and fish right in our cove. We stayed in March and there were no bugs in the villa. It was perfect for my family including my 14 year old son and his grandparents. Having the pool as an option was wonderful for windy days. The food was wonderful in the villa. Karine took care of us the entire time. We look forward to retuning!"

"We had a great vacation. We travel to Jamaica every year and decided to stay at this property. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Pepe was on top of everything and took care of our every need from coffee in the morning to cocktails in the evening! He even took us in the ocean and made us feel comfortable exploring because he knows the ocean so well. Chef Wang prepared traditional Jamaican meals for us that we loved! Sophia made sure to keep the living space pristine! Finally Duane kept the outdoor space inviting and even taught me to play dominoes!!!We had an amazing time and are so grateful to the whole team.
