"The Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica was wonderful. We stayed in a standard room, the room was clean and spacious.The staff were very attentive in the restaurants, and provided recommendations on drinks and food. The food was great, and there were many options. I would recommend booking a la carte restaurants before you arrive, as the reservations fill up. We tried the restaurants Picasso and Takara and both were amazing. The pool and facilities were always clean. There is something to do for everyone. "

"We had a great vacation. We travel to Jamaica every year and decided to stay at this property. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Pepe was on top of everything and took care of our every need from coffee in the morning to cocktails in the evening! He even took us in the ocean and made us feel comfortable exploring because he knows the ocean so well. Chef Wang prepared traditional Jamaican meals for us that we loved! Sophia made sure to keep the living space pristine! Finally Duane kept the outdoor space inviting and even taught me to play dominoes!!!We had an amazing time and are so grateful to the whole team. "TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."
