"This property surpassed all our expectations. It is just incredibly beautiful, comfortable, luxurious. The views are espectacular, the beds incredibly comfortable, there are games to keep everyone entertained. Words cannot do it justice. It is also just a few minutes away from skiing and wineries, which was very convenient We came in the winter and had an amazing time. This is probably the best rental we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Everything was great about the house that I stayed in. It was just beds wasn’t made in dirty linen on the floor from previous guest before me mirrors was dirty bathrooms was dirty, but it was a major fix because we cleaned up when we got there but everything else was great."

"The Lake House was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a large family gathering. The host gave clear directions to find the property and where to park (4 spots available). Ideas for restaurants were provided. We spent time in Letchworth State Park (breath-taking), at wineries and antique shops nearby. It was a great autumn weekend in New York!"

"This was our second time at this rental. Very clean, great location - view of lake, surrounding hills... 3 floors, bedrooms on top, living room & kitchen in center, and playroom, outlet to back yard/barbecue, and washer/dryer on bottom. - 2 1/2 bathrooms one per floor. Range, dishwasher, full size fridge, seasonings, coffee maker, seasonings, dishes/pots/pans... TV programs were easy to use and good variety. We recommend it highly!!! And we shall return...
