"This is a converted shed, so it is very small. That being said, it was comfortable and easy to manuver around in. The floor plan works and I was very impressed by that. Perfect for one or two adults. The loft bed was comfortable but you cannot sit up so be aware of that. I came in on a day where the weather dropped from 70's to 30's and woke up freezing. "The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space."
