Valet parking was terrible, it was a nightmare! You literally had to park on the other side of the street and cross the busy street with your luggage to check your car in! The personnel was no help at all! Will never stay here again. The Worthington Renaissance is the way to go always!!

Disappointed about my stay. My restroom door would not close and over all hotel room was dirty with a smell. The walk in shower floor was filthy with gunk as well as our headboard. Staff was nice and helpful though but will not return.
