This is a great hotel - room was comfortable and they have a great bar in the lobby and breakfast options. The only reason for the 4 stars is valet parking is the only option and the valet service was totally overwhelmed and we could not use it. At one point we pulled up and 2 of the 3 lanes of the street were filled with unparked valet cars. There is a garage across the street which we ended up using but you can’t come and go for one price and the time resets at 3am so if you park overnight it costs $50. Really did love the hotel and area though!

This is about 20 minutes from Cowtown Coliseum and the stockyards. Beautiful hotel with the perfect water pressure! The staff was so welcoming that I told my husband we will be staying here from now on everytime he competes at Cowtown

The parking was terrible. They had a 3rd party Vaket service that was understaffed with 1 person. We had to park across the drive, and it cost us over $50 for less than 12 hours of parking in the garage. The room had alot of noise that you could hear from the street and we were on the 13th floor.

I am requesting a refund!! The heat was not working and the too They placed me in was extremely loud with drunk people in the halls and the room next door!! I had to move at 11:40 pm .due to the heat not working and the noise !! I told the manager on staff that I want a refund indoor the the 2 issues and inconvenience!!

I thought the hotel was great. The bed and bedding was top knotch. Best sleeps...one downside, which the hotel can't help due to the construction of the building, is the echo in the halls. Once I put my ear plugs in, I couldn't hear anything. The staff were wonderful! So nice and welcoming! The pool table and games in the lobby bar were perfect for entertainment. I would recommend.

The Aloft downtown is an excellent location for a stay in Fort Worth with Sundance square a short walk away and the train station is not far either. There is also a little store in the lobby that sells snacks and drinks.
