"This is a converted shed, so it is very small. That being said, it was comfortable and easy to manuver around in. The floor plan works and I was very impressed by that. Perfect for one or two adults. The loft bed was comfortable but you cannot sit up so be aware of that. I came in on a day where the weather dropped from 70's to 30's and woke up freezing. The fire place did not work, nor did the heater. However, the property manager was always quick to respond and did bring us a space heater. I...

"The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space."

"Adorable cabin and surrounding grounds. Our stay was great and they were readily available to assist with our questions even on Christmas Day. "I booked our cabin for my family to celebrate Thanksgiving and we had the best time! The neighbor was quiet and peaceful and we had the chance to fully unplug. The instructions were clear and I had a very attentive team who checked in with us throughout our team. The house is packed with games, cooking pans and anything you might need for a cozy weekend. Will be booking again for Christmas- can’t wait! "
