"The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space."

"Despite the weather not being on our side, we had an amazing stay! We were lucky to catch a rare sight of bisons and got some great photos. Overall, everything was wonderful — a memorable experience!"

"We were in town for my oldest sons wedding and found this amazing property to enjoy our stay! The cabins were absolutely adorable. Comfy beds and all the amenities. The hot tub and for home was so much fun. Beautiful view to enjoy coffee in the morning! Great place. We will be back. "
