"The hotel was very basic, but clean and inexpensive. As other reviews have said, the hotel was under renovation. The breakfast was really lacking, but again, for the low price, I was not expecting much."

"Half the lights in our room didn't work, the bathroom was poorly lit...borderline dark, the shower was terrible, and the pillows were awful. The parking lot was not big enough either. We had to park on the side...technically not in a parking spot. Staff said the hotel is due for a remodel this year. The breakfast was so so...not much selection. Worst Country Inn and Suites we have ever stayed at. "

"It was close to the event we were attending. Anthony was great at check in and made sure to check on us and make sure the rooms were up to standard which they were. The only thing was that the hallway we were in reeked of pot which I assume was coming from another guest room. The beds weren’t that comfortable but other than that, it was a good stay. "

"The hotel is in a quiet area of Springfield, close enough to I-55. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Robin at the front desk. She was very kind to me. For future guests at this hotel - please be nice to the front desk staff here. They do treat you well. The room I intially checked into on the first floor was actually very clean and comfortable but I quickly noticed that the guests in the room next to me were loud and obnoxious.
