"It's one of my favorites when I visit Houston. Nice rooms and views of Houston. It's quiet and safe. Just don't like paying for fast speed internet which is $15 a night. Wasn't like this before they remodeled but I get it in business aspect. Just not good if you're trying to stream on your own device. Also when taking a shower the water took about 7 min to get hot. Other than that the staff is great, friendly and efficient. "

"Looks like the property has been recently updated. Check in was easy. The night desk manager was very friendly, delivered a nice hospitality bag with bottled water and chips. Nice touch. The room was very clean. Could use a few paint touch ups...did not interfere with function. Breakfast had a good variety of offerings. My grandkids enjoyed the Texas shaped waffle. "

"Staffs were helpful and accommodating. The hotel was lovely and close to establishments. Wish there were more elevators because there were times the wait time was long and there were lots of guests waiting for their turn. The shower needed some improvement.. water leaked at the bottom of the shower door and accumulated puddle of water "
