"This Doubletree property was right in the heart of the Galleria area in Houston with plenty of walkable shops & restaurants. It smelled amazing as soon as you walk in! The agent at the desk checked us in early, gave us cookies/ water & was very personable. Our King Suite had a full kitchen, livingroom, separate bedroom & the best part was the spacious balcony with nice city views. Bed was comfy, but it took a little bit for the hot water to come on in the bathroom. Also, a housekeeper didnt know we were in the room & came to ask us when we were checking out. That was a bit weird, but overall great stay!"

"Very friendly staff. We were there for breakfast, some drinks, and have encountered a lot of people from frontdesk, to restaurant/bar to cleaning. They are just friendly good people. The hotel is also good, clean, well maintained, room was clean (we have high standards) and no issues with noise or anything."
