"We stayed for two nights for work. When we arrived at the room, we noticed that the toilet was stopped up, so we called the front desk. They sent someone up to take care of the problem. We left for dinner and came back to take showers there was no hot water it was lukewarm still was able to shower. The second night there was no hot water at all. When checking out I mentioned that and she stated that I wasn't the only one that said that. so I'm not sure what was the problem. but over all its a...

"the hotel room was clean and comfortable. only complain i had was during breakfast, i wasn’t aware of the time and at exactly 9am the lady in charge of the kitchen turned off the lights as im mid chew on food. i understand it was till 9am, but a “excuse me, we’re about to close” would have been nice. she proceeded to close the area down without saying one word. that was rude."
