The hot tub, fire pit and woodshed kept us busy outside. The roaring indoor fireplace kept us nice and toasty the entire stay. Gorgeous interior and very well thought out. "Extremely clean, plenty of dishes . Bring your Own Roku box if you chose to watch television. TV’s are there but service was taken out due to Hurricane Helene. Not all windows have blinds. But bathrooms & bedrooms do have them. Owner most kind. Cornhole on site to play outdoor games. Perfect for families and those traveling with a pet. "This place is truly a hidden gem. Tucked away in a peaceful setting but close to downtown Sparta! You can listen to the sounds of the river from the front porch. The place feels more like a cozy home instead of a house with everything you need for your stay. There is a great pavilion area set up nicely for gatherings. "This was our second time back at Charlie and Jill's property. We love it and we love them. They are fantastic hosts. Always available if we need them. I feel like we are friends at this point. The house is always clean and there was plenty of wood to burn. Hell they even had a bag of charcoal for the grill.
