"This was a really nice 5-night stay at Hotel Estheréa for its walkable location to other parts of the the central city. The rooms were impeccably cleaned and restocked each day. The entire decor of the hotel felt like a work of art, and the lazy cats in the middle of the walkway were a big hit. Unfortunately I did experience one of the rudest hotel staff members I’ve ever come across so I need to downgrade the staff rating significantly.
