"Fairly new and clean. Good amenities (gym, pool, restaurant)walking distance to town. Room servicing left a bit to be desired. Bed made on one day of a three night stay. Fresh towels but not swept and tea and coffee not replenished."

"Great location with amazing views. Unfortunately floors were dirty on arrival. Bathroom floor was disgusting. Shower leaks onto the bathroom floor, bed move’s because it’s on wheels and fridge freezes food."

"We've stayed at the Boat Ramp Motel a few times. The rooms are always spotless and the staff always friendly. There is a kettle and toaster in the room, some crockery and cutlery to use and the fridge has a small freezer. WiFi is available. All basic needs are catered for. We haven't used the pool but it looks very nice."

Very good location, short walk to beach

"Hotel in ideal position, short walk to beach and to lake pertrobe area for things to do, also not far to walk into main city area for food places if needed. Room was very good, bed comfortable. All staff excellent from check in to room cleaning. We had the buffet breakfast on the days we were there, was a reasonable choice of options. "
