The accommodation was very basic, shower worked well, spa was ok. Bed was clean. Bathroom cupboards were damaged. Ground garden was no existent.

Pool and pool spa great. If you don't mind outdated rooms this will be fine. At first we thought oh dear lucky we are only staying one night as room smelt. Front counter have is Glen 20 and with a good spray and opening the skidding doors the smell didn't come back. Good little set of shops to choose did from just across to the road. Large area for kids to hit cricket ball or kick to kick. Skidding doors of room opened it so I could see kids in the pool. They have a shared games type of room with table tennis set. Everything in the run worked although a revamp would make this so much better. All in all was an enjoyable stay.

No frills. Price was affordable. Fairly nice location. Close to the bus stop and surf shops. 15 minute walk to the beach. Room was clean but very outdated. If you’re looking for a cheaper option, this will work but don’t expect too much.

Very happy with our one stay however our bathroom could have used a little exit mould, bathroom was showing its age but we also take into consideration the amount we paid. We have no other complaints. Would stay there again

I couldn’t even stay at this property it was so terrible and I had to book another hotel. The room was outdated, grotty, with a yellow congealed liquid in a bowl with the milks at the bottom of the fridge. I was also met by a Huntsman spider on the carpet in my room. Can’t fault the staff as they offered to move me to another room, but I just couldn’t face it and had to stay somewhere else in the end.

Great area and easy to access however the rooms did not feel clean or smell clean, just changing the basics between every guest is not good enough, rooms need a thorough cleaning. For the price paid for 1 night, it felt like a rip off. The outdoor BBQ was also in a poor/ dirty condition as well as having broken BBQ cleaning equipment.

At first we were wondering if because it is a little out of town and an older motel if we would like it. It was great value, older but spotless and the front desk staff waa helpful. The tea coffee milk and biscuits were a nice to have. Its not an executive hotel but great value for the money

Good stay in Torquay
Wifi was fast and solid, my top priority. Table and chair were fine. Shower area could use a little more deep cleaning but it's not a biggie. Front desk person was very helpful. Convenient location, near the main road but couldn't hear the noise. Would stay again.
