"beautiful hotel. had a private party at the bar most of the night so could not use it. the bar tender was excellent though and made us a drink to have in the lobby until the party was over. she was excellent. did not like at 10:56 am the maid was banging on our door telling us that check out is 11:00 am. very unprofessional and rude behavior from the maid. left us with a bad taste for the stay."

"I had a pleasant stay. Staff was very accommodating. I wish I could have used my debit card instead of cash for snacks, washer/dryer, etc. Also, I turned up the heater at night because there weren't enough blankets on the bed. Also, I had to walk through the snow daily to get to Trinity, so I would have appreciated a short walking path without snow."

"Stayed here multiple times and always had a great stay until this past weekend where one repetitive problem occurred - no hot water on demand. Staff actually told us to let it run for 30 minutes. That's unacceptable. granted that after not showering on day 1 we did let it run for 40 minutes on day 2 and took luke warm, at best, showers. On day 3 it did heat up after 15 minutes to where we could actually take a hot shower. Regardless, I expect better from Marriott."

"The stay overall was great! The only down side was that the pool was sooo COLD. And the hot tub was like a lukewarm bath. Being the winter it sucked!! "The staff didn’t provide towels to us daily. They never came to pick the dirty towels. The bathroom drain wasn’t working so the tub filled with water when showering. There was only one garbage can in the room, which was very small. Most of the staff were nice but one woman at the desk was very nasty when we asked for another blanket. The breakfast had variety but the woman watched me and my family the whole time we were getting food. The omelets were so hard, they couldn’t be eaten. "
