"Staff is awesome and always feel at home"

"The staff were amazing and the breakfast was fresh. The bed was SO comfy along with the pillows. We stayed in a newly renovated room but it wasn't all good. The toilet ran the entire time. The fridge top was broken. The light was flashing on the phone and I couldn't get it to stop. It was just annoying at night, if you have light sensitivity when sleeping. Most importantly, I took a late afternoon shower (so not a common time to shower) and shivered through it on the hottest water setting. I...

"This property is ideally located for our activities in the area. In person front-desk service is professional and courteous. My experience was not as good, however, when I contacted the property by phone to address a change of plans. The mistake was my fault, but Rodney was not at all helpful. He kept interrupting me and would not let me talk to anyone else about it. Personnel here are usually professional, but Rodney may benefit from more customer service training."

"Very cool old hotel with unique rooms… we stayed in the Bach room and enjoyed our check-in experience and the room itself during our short stay. However, we were awakened at 7:15am to loud drilling or sawing in the room next to us just on the other side of our bedroom wall… it went on for 30 minutes or so. All in all (other than that) would recommend staying here."

"My I've-night stay was good. Just needed a place to stay after a planned late night outing that would be affordable. Time were great. Grab and go breakfast was gone before 9:30. Coffee station was fine tho. Front desk staff was helpful and nice."
