"The staff was great, but the rooms and building needs some maintenance. The room needed some touchup on the furniture and in the bathroom. The pool area had a leak in the roof. We stayed when there was a convention going on and the group was really loud, but not the hotels fault. The breakfast was an amazing each day and the staff was great. "

"I arrived at this Hilton Hotel and it was like stepping back in time. The lobby and bar is like a scene from a gangstar film with a piano bar and cocktails flowing (without the smoke). Great crowd and food from the 1931 bar. The hotel looks like it has all its original fittings, which is pleasant in this day and age. "The staff was an incredible as the other reviewers have said. I was in town for medical care and let concierge know, just in case something happened and I needed an ambulance; they said they’d make a note of it. When I got back to my room after my procedure, Autumn from concierge had left a beautiful tray of flowers, snacks, ginger ale, and a handwritten note saying she hopes I feel better soon. It was above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend this beautiful hotel and their even lovelier staff....
