"We had stayed at this property many times years ago when it was a Residence Inn. This is the first time back under the MainStay Suites umbrella. The property has definitely gone down but still okay. Rooms are big, bed was comfortable, not the cleanest and a slight smell that wasn't the most pleasant but other than that, we would probably stay here again if doing some shopping at the Battlefield Mall. "Overall it was a good stay. Location is great. Hair in the shower though and Internet password did not work. Battery died in the door latch and had to wait for maintenance to replace the battery to get in. Preventive maintenance?"

"So we checked in and found out after dinner that the pool was closed for the season. On Memorial Day weekend they close pool. A/C did not keep up through the night. Ended up going to a different hotel."
