"Hotel is always clean, comfortable and accommodating ! This trip things were slightly off: the room was slightly outdated, lamp shades had cracks / tears and carpet hard several stains, snags, chairs had lint all over, missing hotel directory from room ?, the shower temp was constantly changing too hot, then freezing and back to super hot, the shower had very little pressure and most of the water was flowing into the tub and not through the shower nozzle(had to hold this otherwise not much...

"We walked from the airport to the hotel and the hotel parking lot, which we had to cross, had no lights at all. It was after 11 p.m and very dark thus making it a hard walk It was also hard to operate the doors with all my luggage and no one from reception offered any help. . The room service pizza was greasy and unsatisfying. Room excellent. "
