"We at this lovely home for one week…all 16 of us! The home was perfect for us…enough room for time together and time alone. The location was great! With five young teens they enjoyed the opportunity to walk into Killarney on their own! And one day all of us walked to the National Park and spent most of the day. "This has been hands down my favorite hotel I've stayed in. The history of this hotel and grounds is varied and interesting. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The beds were plush with firm and soft pillows to choose from. The staff is impeccable. Their attentiveness to our family during our stay made our stay memorable in the best way. The gastronomy options are excellent as is the wine and spirits selection. "

"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "We LOVED our stay at the Lake Hotel! What a wonderful and restful time spent there! The breakfast included was amazing and they had many gluten free options. The spa was amazing (be sure to pre book)! We loved the sauna (very hot) and the infinity pool had amazing jet features that were great after the long drive from Dublin! The only challenge was cooling the room down as we had so much sunshine and found the room hot in the evening! We had a balcony and were able to open the doors to cool down! Overall amazing stay and we’d love to go back!!! The best views and easy accessible parking! "
