What a beautiful hotel. Everything was heritage. Drinking coffee from a silver pot was so nice. I think it was expensive but worth every penny. Much thanks to Anna and the team for making our stay during the Killarney blizzard so warm and friendly.

Lovely quiet hotel. There was a lovely atmosphere and staff were very friendly. Beautiful breakfast and again staff couldnt do enough for you. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The Randles is a terrific mix of old style elegance combined with all the modern amenities. The rooms are clean & tidy. It's a short walk to shopping, attractions & restaurants. The staff were most helpful & welcoming.

This is a lovely hotel with extremely warm and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. Mattress wasn't great on first night but we were moved and second room was perfect. Maybe something for hotel to check - age and quality of some of the mattresses.

Spacious and comfortable rooms in a great location. Good pool facilities but it gets busy and crowded if there's is more than 5 people. Would like to see better continental breakfast options, e.g. savoury options, more varied fresh fruit.

This was an extremely quaint hotel within 1/3 of a mile of the little village of Killarney. Very walkable and very charming when entering the property. We stayed in the suite which was a nice 600 square-foot unit. The only recommendation I would make on it is a new mattress and new carpeting. Otherwise it was a very charming suite. The front desk manager, Justin, was extremely friendly and helpful. He really made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again.
