Very welcoming! Nice size room; fan provided! Great amenities! Close to a laundry mat, pharmacy, grocery store, Ross Castle, and so much more! Parking was very convenient and plentiful. Only issue kids ran ramped up and down the halls after mid-night; spoke to management, and this did not happen the second night.

Nice hotel, can’t fault at all. Only niggle was the requirement to wear a swimming cap in the pool…wished we had known beforehand. You can buy them at hotel however.

This hotel was the best property we stayed at during our recent visit to Ireland and England. We were very impressed with the staff, with the quality and comfort of our room, and with the food and drink at the hotel. Wow! This hotel made me fall in love with Ireland even more! Such a great experience. Food and drinks are amazing. You need to try the passion fruit martini. Big cheers to the bartender!

Directions getting us to the Hotel were odd, we couldn't find an actual address. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the Hotel and what it had to offer. Instant coffee in the room was a disappointment. Aside from that it was good ...we would stay again!

Nice hotel. Huge rooms with very comfortable bed. Great blackout curtians. Room was pitch dark in the morning. No residents bar, which is absolutely ridiculous. Pay over €250 a night and you cant get a drink past 12.30

Great place with the best breakfast of the trip. Only downside were the drunks in the parking lot at 02:30 and the smoke. Our room had obviously been smoked in and the folks in the adjoining room smoked off and on as the smoke came around the door seal. If not for the smoke, five stars.

The hotel appears to be recently remodeled. The rooms are stylish. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Quiet although it was completely full. It’s a ten or 15 minute walk to the town center. Friendly and helpful employees.
