"We had an issue with the toilet seats being loose/broken which was promptly fixed, however the blinds in the main living area were all needing attention and one actually fell down on the last day while we were there when we tried to roll it up. The unit has been refurbished and is very neat and comfortable. Extra things like hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms are a nice touch and helpful when on holidays instead of soap cakes. "Pool was locked at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon because the manager leaves then!!! BBQ covered in rust and unuseable. Party next door and ten people (not even staying there) out in the common area literally 2 metres from my bed drinking, smoking and swearing whilst we tried to sleep. Onsite manager useless and turned off his phone so he didnt have to deal with it. Worst accomodation experience i have had and would not go back!"
