"After our arrival we chose to go stay elsewhere. The place was filthy, graffiti on the outside of the front door. Upon entry to the lobby it was dark, dirty and stinky trash cans inside. There wasn’t any staff. The location would have been great if we felt comfortable but we didnt so we left and stayed at the hard rock hotel in Madrid. We feel like the place was advertised as something more than it was. Unfortunately I was charged 350 $ for my full stay of 2 nights by Expedia but didn’t spend 10...

"Small with few amenities, but perfect for enjoying Madrid if you are like me and don't spend much time in your room. Centrally located with easy access to Metro and walkable to anything you could need."

"The property was not easy to enter. I had to check in online twice first time the mail had no passwords/Pin for access the doors, second mail had but was still confusing despite working for a tech company. It took 1 hour in total to enter and it left me late for my meeting that evening. The room itself had a stained chair, TV that I couldn't work, air con, and a bed almost on the floor. The mattress was terrible, very thin and I woken up with backaches. The room itself had no desk to study and...
