Our room was taken by someone else when we arrived, we were told it was someone’s mistake at midnight, so we were sent to another hotel which had no promised parking lot available, also there wasn’t any water cup in the room, ridiculous and we need to get our money refunded."

"Nice and clean but they should update their details/services because there is no more share fridge, no share microwave and the bar/restaurant (with breakfast available as they say on the website) is closed for good.
