Pensions in Alicante Province

"Traveling several hours, arrived at 18.30 was told couldn’t order a drink until restaurant opened at 20.30 remote location so bars/cafes limited to find, staff abrupt, we don’t expect the staff to speak English but body language said it all, was told no tables available to eat outside in large eating area, we were first to restaurant no tables occupied at the time, we were very hungry, would not recommend if your not Spanish, really dissatisfied !!!!!!!!"

"when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"

"Ingen i receptionen vid ankomst och inget nummer att ringa. Dubbelrum bokat för en person i dubbelsäng. Att bo två i samma dubbelsäng kostade 50% extra (inget extra linne eller frukost eller liknande som motiverade påslaget). Ingen i receptionen vid avresa heller. "

"Due to COVID, we had a room of 8 bunks to ourselves. Great service. Very friendly staff. We were let down with another hotel so had to stay here on a quick one."
