"This place was much, much better than people rate it. It’s a cute little cabin -- clean and cozy. Parking was easy, and the surrounding area is beautiful. My only complaint was that the shower water temperature was hard to get just right. Otherwise, it was perfect "

"I absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed two separate nights during my travels and these cottages are so well equipped for a home away from home. Everything you could want is provided, they really have thought of everything. The cottages were beautiful, clean, comfortable and the views were stunning! They have plugs for EV cars at each cottage too which is a bonus for people driving e cars. I got to meet one of the owners, she was lovely. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a must stay...

"The cottage is in the perfect area to view the northern lights. It’s just close enough to the nearby town and just far enough to not get the light pollution. The outdoor hot tub for each individual cottage is perfect to sit in and watch the lights. They have the cutest ‘community’ dog that is very sweet and so well behaved. Just be aware if you are allergic to dogs! The bed seems to be a bit old and it was awkward to have just one side to get in and out through as the rest of the bed is up...

The town is Selfoss is just a few minutes down the road and in the other direction, all the splendor of the south coast waterfalls await. The house is very clean and well outfitted for a comfortable stay. I plan on returning to this property."

"The house was clean and had everything that we needed for the kitchen and bathroom. It was perfect for our big group and the views from the house were beautiful. The location of the house was also great because we were close to many of the popular things to see in Iceland but also far enough away from the more populated areas which meant we got to see the northern lights.
