"Everything was amazing. The staff was more than accommodating when our room A/C wasn’t working. There is major construction going on and the elevators were out on our last night. Lights flickered on and off for most of the day but they worked tirelessly to get them all working again as only one elevator was in service. The staff definitely made up for the minor setbacks though! "

"Great location. Exercise room has only a few treadmills and bikes and a few odd weights. The rooms are tiny…really tiny. If you are claustrophobic or need room to unpack/repack and lay out your clothes this is not the right hotel for you. Otherwise it’s great."

The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the pool area, which felt like a tropical paradise. The grotto-style pools, along with direct access to the private beach, made it easy to relax and unwind.
