"This property has a great location on Singer Island. Short walk to the beach with chairs and shading available. Short walk to several restaurants and small grocery as well as the small resort hotel and restaurant immediately next door along the beach. The one bedroom suite with a kitchen and sofabed was just what we needed. Also, the communication by the staff ahead our arrival was very clear and informative. We had a great stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay on singer island. The unit was spacious and very clean, the beach was amazing and the hotel staff very nice. Greats pools for kids if the beach isn’t your thing. This location is great…easy drive to great restaurants and activities and property manager was very helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. "

"We were totally happy with our first stay. The room was bright, spacious and clean. Maria left us complete instructions for everything. I can confirm a mere 4 minute walk to the beach! I had a question a few days before our stay, on a Sunday, I called the number listed and was pleasantly surprised as Maria took the call and answered all my questions. We hope to return soon!"
