"Room 208 It was very cold in the room. The tv remote fell between the beds, I went under to retrieve it and it was disgusting. It had not hoovered in a very long time. The beds were very very uncomfortable, with big dips in the middle and the pillows were lumpy and bumpy. I had the worst nights sleep."

"There was not good communication about the size of the room. This was listed as suitable for 6 people and it certainly was not. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, the adults not in pairs. But we were willing to push through for one night. The other problem was an inadequate amount of linen. We needed more towels and blankets/sheets. I called Samantha to ask about additional linen and her response was not what I expected. She asked if we were cold because the room was adequately warm and we’d be fine...

"The location was easy to find, and you're supposed to call a number on a sign for assistance. The number wasn't working, but I got the right one from someone at the bar. A friendly lady greeted me and offered to help with my bags. The room was a good size with a clean bed and bathroom. Toiletries aren't provided, but I always take my own, so for anyone who doesn't, please do. My only issue was the carpets weren't very clean, but thankfully I had slippers. After your stay, you just drop your key...

"The shower cubicle had no place for the soap or shower gel, this means you end up with soap and shampoo on the floor of the cubicle - suggest you put two shelves in the corner of the cubicle. The room doors are too heavy to close, this means there is noise from door banging - suggest you make sure doors close easily and put rubber seal on the door to reduce the noise when closing. The Hypnos beds are very good."
