"Nice home, great location. The remodeled parts of the home are beautiful but the areas not yet remodeled are extremely weathered, aged, and off putting. Broken porch steps, visually damaged garage that takes away from pool view, and old windows that don’t fully operate or close."

"We were visiting family in Tampa, so this was a convenient location in a very nice neighborhood - we enjoyed the nearby park and splash pad. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The host helped us with everything we needed. The pool was nice and warm. One thing I hadn't realized is that the third bedroom is detached from the house and has no bathroom. It's fine for may people but with smaller children it doesn't really work. We used the couch for more sleeping space."

"The property and location are very good, central to Hyde park, restaurants etc. unfortunately numerous items did not work (like the fan in my son’s room, the garage door opener specifically). There were door handles hanging from their screws in two of the rooms and a set of blinds that were sitting on the ground instead of hanging where they should have been. The couch outside and the couch inside are both very dirty and need to be cleaned. The rooms are very nice and spacious. ...
