"Excellent maintenance of the common grounds and the room. The resort was somewhat empty so everything was available so no need for reservations or waking up early to get a cabana, however the last day was a tad different due to more people. The resort is nothing fancy, but well taken care. The food is in need of improvement for a 5 star resort, the choices were limited and menu was somewhat the same every day. "This Sheraton is a huge property, with well manicured gardens and expansive beach areas. Room is compact, tidy and modern Unfortunately the lobby and restaurants look dated, currently under renovation, the pathways too. The breakfast buffet is reasonably good, with 5 or 6 dishes different everyday. The fruit, dessert, soup, salad, pasta/pizza and juice bar the same daily no change. Dinner buffet changes theme every night with about 5 different dishes and a couple of specialty dishes every...

"Overall service was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very convenient location to airport and hotel offered great complimentary 24hr airport shuttle service which we appreciated. Our room was conviently located on ground floor and comfortable. The only down was that the room was not sound proof and we could hear conversations being had by some of our neighbours. "
