"Excellent maintenance of the common grounds and the room. The resort was somewhat empty so everything was available so no need for reservations or waking up early to get a cabana, however the last day was a tad different due to more people. The resort is nothing fancy, but well taken care. The food is in need of improvement for a 5 star resort, the choices were limited and menu was somewhat the same every day. The check in was quick however the person that helped us was in training and we did...

"The Raratongan Resort was amazing! The snorkeling was some of the best anywhere-hundreds of fish (including so many nurseries with babies), lots of coral, many, many eels, and turtles; the beach was beautiful; the staff and activities were terrific; the room was wonderful; and the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had anywhere! What a paradise!"
