"Location and all front desk staff were fantastic! Anyone complaining about the homeless population nearby has either never travelled or lived in a large city. They were all very harmless and not an issue at all. The free bike rental from the hotel was a bonus touch. The only annoying thing was the elevator. Extremely slow and you never know what floor it’s on. Use the stairs, if able."

"Hotel is pretty much walkable to tourist attractions, ferries and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Only con is the “balcony”. It’s more like a sliding door window, can’t even have a step outside the so called balcony. "

"Perfect spring break location for family! Walkable to all tourist spots and transportation! Suite was big enough for teens to spread out. Breakfast was amazing! Only downside is elevators so slow especially at breakfast rush. Beds a little firm but nice. "
