"The property and stay itself was good. Trying to retrieve an item left behind is a bit ridiculous especially if you are visiting from out of state. Returned to retrieve a jacket I left prior to heading to the airport. I wasn’t allowed to retrieve my jacket from the closet. Staff would not go check. However they took my name and number and stated they would call if found. I was right there. I had to ask a friend to go there to pick up my coat, spend unnecessary money to mail it back to me....

"We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was a good place despite the rooms being outdated and the furniture being ripped. Although the ovens were very small, it was tolerable.
