Having stayed at Queen Mary the night before, I found the staff here to be exceptional in comparison—amazingly polite, respectful, and attentive. The breakfast was also outstanding. I only wish I had booked this place for both nights. A truly excellent experience! "

"Unfortunately Expedia's systems had failed to work correctly and although I had a confirmation number for the hotel and been debited for the cost, the hotel had no knowledge of my reservation, however they did manage to find a room and accommodate us."

"I had an amazing stay and everything was perfect, if I could find any faults is that at night it was a bit noisy due to being next to the train station but that isn't the hotels fault. Keep up the good work!"

Excellent stay

"The hotel was in a good position. It was well maintained, everywhere was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful, they really went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. It’s the only hotel I have ever stayed in that the staff all seemed genuinely happy to work there. It was very quiet at night, not the usual banging doors. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, everything was well cook and of good quality. I stayed with 3 friends, if we ever go back to Brighton we will certainly stay there again. "
