"Unfortunately, the house is in complete disrepair, not maintained and dirty. The mattresses are like sleeping on wood. The lawn and patio had not been mowed or weeded for at least a month. The owner did respond immediately to questions or issues that arose. The view is amazing."

"Judy has put together a very thoughtful bunkie that’s brimming with character. It's cozy and inviting, temporarily making the world a smaller place for you to relax and live worry-free. There were few mosquitos while I was there. I noticed instead more bees, butterflies, and dragonflies (which eat mosquitos to my knowledge). There were also plenty of frogs and a few hummingbirds that frequented the feed. To cook, there's a small gas stove and also a BBQ. The gas stove is in the kitchenette...

"Beautiful surroundings and everything you need to enjoy the beautiful St. Lawrence River. Our extended family was up and our cottage down the road was full. This was a wonderful space to be close to family and still have privacy, quiet, and all the conveniences of home. Well appointed, clean and very responsive host. "We spent four very quiet and restful days at this location. Well appointed with a lovely sunroom, firepit, and walking access to a sandy swimming spot on beautiful Upper Beverley Lake. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and had all the amenities. The bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning made the hot Summer day comfortable. Very quiet, peaceful area! Had a wonderful time."
