"The only suggestion i can give would be to upgrade the televisions in the rooms to smart tvs so we can conect to our streaming services. It'd give the rioms s more living room setting for the stay."

"The location, security, friendly and helpful staff. Free and camera parking lot. Room was very clean and neat. We liked having frig and coffee in our room. It was quiet and property well taken care of. The pool looked good too, we didn’t go in but maybe next time. A real cool pancake maker with very tasty fresh pancakes in 2 mins. I would highly recommended staying here. Lots of nearby restaurants and Kings Crossing outlet a 5 minute walk. "

"Staff are great and very helpful. New building with convenience to ample parking. There is a train close by so you hear the noise from there as well as limited dining options. There was also plumbing noise that can be heard throughout the night from the washroom. Maintenance was quick to check out concerns. There is a restaurant located at the hotel next door which is a little pricy for what you get. Gym was a great size with lots of equipment options. Breakfast options are limited and are in a weird set up (some hot foods on 1 side of the dining hall and other food items are on the opposite side). Hot beverages were appreciated to have throughout the day. It would also be nice to have a water station that is located in the gym. Washroom wasn't cleaned the greatest. There was hair still in the shower and on the toilet when I first entered. Overall great experience. "

"Clean, brand new HI Express designed for drivers and located close to a 401 exit. Around the corner from the INVISTA Centre. And 20 minutes drive to downtown. Free parking and breakfast with all the food groups. Small indoor pool popular with families. Check-in was very smooth. Being off the main street in a business park with spread out industrial structures made walking anywhere unappealing."
