"Arrived for 5 nights early in Aug at 7 pm, gate was closed but was met soon and told info pkg was in cottage. However included no information about the cottage only the campground. Instructed to only use the front entrance, back access was for staff only to camp laundry. Entrance hall light did not work. A/C was turned down to 13C - to mask smoke smell. Sent text re no TV or kitchen linens, reply to provide in morning. TV not fixed. Cottage structure was satisfactory but very dusty & dirty. All...
