"A great place for a large group!"

"This is a really nice place for those looking for a more remote and peaceful environment. As advertised there is a lot of privacy with neighboring houses pretty much out of sight, even those across the pond. Having no motor boats was a plus for us although during a paddle around the lake (pond) we did notice one docked boat with a rather large outboard and we were glad we didn't see it out on the water. There is a nice quantity and variety of boats here. Way more than we even used. The pictures...

"Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. "Very nice stay, could be improved with a few inexpensive minor changes- an additional towel rack in the bathroom, more implements in the kitchen, instructions for use of some of the extras and appliances, and some warning about the fact that you can't park on the street overnight. Also a chair on night stand in each bedroom."

"We visited this area with our two toddlers to do some outdoor adventures and see the Wild Center. We loved this house! It was the perfect location for all of our activities. It's also extremely clean, well organized, and felt comfortably warm even on the very cold days we visited. I also appreciated how kid friendly it was: not a lot of decorations to protect against, not a ton of carpet to worry about (easy to clean), and plasticware for them to eat off of.
