"Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. "This is a really nice place for those looking for a more remote and peaceful environment. As advertised there is a lot of privacy with neighboring houses pretty much out of sight, even those across the pond. Having no motor boats was a plus for us although during a paddle around the lake (pond) we did notice one docked boat with a rather large outboard and we were glad we didn't see it out on the water. There is a nice quantity and variety of boats here. Way more than we even used. The pictures...

"Excellent multi generational vacation location. The property is exactly as described at a beautiful location on upper saranac lake. It is nicely decorated and very well equipped and maintained. There is plenty of space both inside and out with pool table, games, exercise room and more. Unfortunately it rained on 5 of our 7 days - so we were not able to fully enjoy this beautiful property and all the outdoor activities that the location has to offer. "I’m trying to find the right words but all I can think of was a perfect Adirondack experience with our family. I brought a 16’ motorboat which enhanced the value by being able to explore Cranberry lake and it’s breathtaking. Rich was so nice to deal with and actually reached out a month in advance to answer any questions for our upcoming trip which I thought was really helpful. My teenage girls absolutely loved our trip, Especially catching fish right off the dock….This place is a gem. 10/10"
