The WIFI was quite fast, much better tham most hotels. the biggest negative was the shortage of PowerPoints. given that we both had phones and tablets to charge and electric toothbrushes, this was particularly irksome. I would recommend staying here but pack a couple of power boards for your convenience."

Due to festival no alternate accommodation was available in Berry, Kiama, Wollongong. We braved it for 1 night and cancelled our second night as the room was uninhabitable. Despite promising a refund, they later said the terms and conditions stated refunds were not an option, even though the room was uninhabitable and not fit for purpose.
